Our beautiful, open space under a large atrium skylight is perfect for graduation parties, bridal showers, small reunions, retirements parties, and more. (See slide show below)

SPACE: New upstairs rooms at Theo Art School - you get the whole space!

RESERVED TIME:  2.5 hours
COST: $150

CAPACITY: Tables and chairs for approx. 75 people

INCLUDES:

  • Large spaces with plenty of light

  • Large parking lot

  • Access to kitchen facilities

  • Restrooms

  • Access to south lawn with patio area

  • One canvas for guest signatures OR 12 mini art kits

BRING YOUR OWN:

  • Decor and tablecloths

  • Food and beverages

 

If you are of drinking age and plan to serve and/or drink an alcoholic beverage, please drink responsibly and have a designated driver, and encourage the same for your guests.
