Travel Fees

Any events outside the Bismarck/Mandan area – +$15.00

Deposit & Payment:
(A non-refundable deposit of $30.00 is required to hold your date. This deposit will be credited toward your final balance.)
Terms & Cancellation Policy:
Please read and check the boxes below to submit your request.

Host Cancellation: If the host cancels the event, Theo Art School retains the deposit. We are happy to discuss options for rescheduling.

Theo Art School Cancellation: If Theo Art School must cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

Confirmation: Your date and time are not guaranteed until you receive formal confirmation from Theo Art School. All credits are non-transferable.
